All prices displayed on the Website are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) unless stated otherwise. The amount charged will be the same as the price displayed at the time of booking.
7. Appointment Booking
Appointment bookings made through the Website are subject to availability and confirmation. Submission of a booking request does not guarantee an appointment until confirmation is provided by Betterly Wellness.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If payment has already been made, clients may choose to reschedule their appointment or request a 100% refund. Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment and may take up to 45 days to be completed, depending on the payment provider.
9. Delivery of Services
Services are delivered in the form of in-person or online consultations, therapy sessions, counselling, psychiatric evaluations, or psychological assessments, as applicable. No physical products are shipped or delivered.
